A central objective of our research association is to facilitate a healthy use of digital technologies and media. In this context, our projects address interventions and coping strategies that can help to reduce stress and to deal with stressful situations successfully. For that, five disciplines and their interdisciplinary perspectives expand existing theoretical knowledge through their individual research contributions.
In this cross-cutting issue, we consider the research association’s interventions and coping strategies, collect the results, and make them accessible to individuals interested in dealing with digital stress. At the same time, the group encourages and facilitates the exchange between the individual projects within the research association. For that, they collect insights and create an internal knowledge database that enables collaboration and knowledge transfer.
